Paul Conable and Steven Olson have been appointed co-chairmen of the litigation department at Tonkon Torp.
Conable, a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School, is a commercial litigator who handles complex lawsuits involving business operations, government investigations, breaches of contract and environmental issues. Prior to entering private practice, he was a clerk for the Oregon Court of Appeals, the Oregon Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Olson received his law degree from University of Minnesota School of Law and went on to gain substantial litigation experience at the state and federal court levels. He focuses his practice on complex business litigation, including business torts, contract and shareholder disputes, real estate transactions and environmental issues.
