is performing a renovation, designed by , on part of the fa莽ade of the Alderway Building, at the corner of Southwest Alder Street and Broadway in downtown Portland.聽 The project will restore the the facade’s historic look and include new storefronts and two new entries for expanding retailer . Work on the fa莽ade began Feb. 1 and is expected to be completed in early April.
