Restaurant by Bastas owner being built

is performing a shell renovation of two commercial spaces in the former Dow Columbia building on Southeast Division Street for a new pizza restaurant and bar. The 2,300-square-foot combined space will be home to Cibo, a new venture from owner Marco Frattaroli. Work on the shell began in late February and is expected to last two months.
