McCandless joins Otak as engineering designer

Melanie McCandless has joined Otak Inc. as an engineering designer in the firm鈥檚 Lake Oswego office. She has worked with the city of Gresham鈥檚 Natural Resources Program, starting as an AmeriCorps volunteer and then moving into an on-call position.
