Kelly Hagan, a shareholder in Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt’s Portland office, joined the board of directors of Essential Health Clinic.
Essential Health describes itself as a medical volunteer service corps that provides no-cost urgent care to people who have difficulty affording or obtaining health care.
Hagan received his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law. His practice is focused on health care business transactions that include business entity formation, mergers and acquisition, and medical staff and peer review disputes.
He has held chairman positions with the Health Law Section of the Oregon State Bar, the state bar’s Joint Committee on the Medical Profession and the Multnomah Bar Association’s Group Insurance Committee.
