Victor J. Roehm III joined the business practice group at Sussman Shank LLP.

Roehm previously worked with the California firm of Snell & Wilmer LLP, and has worked with both financial institutions and borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured loan transactions.

He focuses his practice on general business, finance and real estate transactions, with a concentration in commercial and public finance. He also advises clients on issues related to mergers and acquisitions, real estate leasing, foreclosures and deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, and restructurings.
