John Barclay, a civil design technician with Bend-based Century West Engineering, has earned status as a 鈥渓ife member鈥� from the American Society of Civil Engineers. Barclay has been with Century West for more than 16 years. The Oregon section of ASCE will honor him during the group鈥檚 spring meeting in Portland.
