Kelly Hagan, a shareholder in Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt鈥檚 Portland office, joined the board of directors of Essential Health Clinic.

Essential Health describes itself as a medical volunteer service corps that provides no-cost urgent care to people who have difficulty affording or obtaining health care.

Hagan focuses his practice on health care business transactions that include business entity formation, mergers and acquisition, and medical staff and peer review disputes.
