Christina Merten recently joined Confluence Environmental Co. as a senior restoration engineer. She will primarily focus on proving habitat restoration engineering analysis and design for freshwater and marine ecological projects. She previously worked as a senior wetland banking specialist for the Washington State Department of Ecology, where she handled permitting, compliance review, public communications and training for a wetland mitigation banking program.
