Weimer receives Action Award from Cascade AIDS Project

Scott Weimer, client relations and marketing manager in the Portland office of Schwabe, Williamson and Wyatt, recently received a 2012 Action Award from Cascade AIDS Project. The organization annually presents Action Awards to 12 of its outstanding volunteers.

Weimer was selected based on his long-term involvement with the Camp Starlight program 鈥� a weeklong residential camp for kids whose lives have been affected by AIDS and HIV. In addition to serving as a camp commissioner, Weimer spends part of his summer as a volunteer counselor.

Weimer has been with Schwabe since 1990. He was the 2010 recipient of the firm鈥檚 Wendell King Best of Schwabe award, which is given to employees who exhibit outstanding commitment to customer service.
