The Zero Waste Alliance announced recently that it has hired Jay Coalson as its new executive director. He will lead the nonprofit in efforts to engage industry leaders and communities across the United States in pursuit of zero waste. He has more than 20 years of professional experience that includes marketing communications, product management and professional services. Most recently, Coalson spent 10 years as president and CEO of Green Building Services Inc.
