Pearl District shop renovated into Morso restaurant

A Pearl District space that formerly housed Mio Gelato has been transformed by to a new restaurant called for owners聽 Bob Lightman, founder of Mio Gelato, and Ryan Finley, founder of . The remodel, designed by Portland-based , included a reorganization of the dining room to focus attention on a food preparation area, as well as installation of a polished concrete floor, painting and lighting. The five-week project concluded last week; a formal opening for the restaurant is slated for Wednesday.
