Joshua Husbands, a partner in Holland & Knight鈥檚 Portland office, was elected the newest fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. ACTEC is a national organization of approximately 2,600 lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors. Husbands, a member of Holland & Knight’s private wealth services group, represents clients in an array of business, tax, business succession and estate planning matters.
