CH2M HILL recently named Katherine Capra as business development manager and Jennifer Hooper McCarty as marketing and promotions specialist of its industrial and advanced technology group.

Capra is based in the Portland office and performs management duties for operations around the world. She has extensive experience in all aspects of the sales and marketing of professional architectural and engineering services.

McCarty supports sales and business development personnel via strategic conference planning, external marketing, promotional activities and social media marketing. She previously directed an innovation-focused event management company, performed consulting services to the Oregon bioscience industry and managed technology transfer within a research university.
