Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. recently announced promotions of Chris Beatty, April Siebenaler, Pat Gaylord and Steve Entenman.
Beatty was promoted to associate principal. He has 23 years of experience as a project manager and project engineer, and joined the firm in 1997.
Siebenaler also was promoted to associate principal. She has 18 years of experience with multi-modal transportation planning and design project management, and joined the firm in 2006.
Gaylord was promoted to associate. Pat owned a survey firm for 20 years before joining HHPR’s survey team in 2007.
Entenman also was promoted to associate. He has 32 years of experience providing structural engineering services from the design phase through construction. He joined the firm in 2008.
