CBRE recently announced the promotion of Tom Tillisch to director of valuation and advisory services for Oregon and Southwest Washington. He started his career at CBRE in July 2006 as a senior analyst, bringing 23 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate: valuation, sale, leasing and asset management. Last month he achieved the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Tillisch specializes in industrial and office properties and is an expert in Argus discounted cash flow analysis.
