Leslie O’Brien has joined Markowitz, Herbold, Glade and Mehlhaf as an associate in the Portland-based business litigation firm.
O’Brien received her law degree from New York University School of Law, where she served as a notes editor for the Law Review. While in school, she interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. She also served as an intern for Faith S. Hochberg, a U.S. District Judge for the District of New Jersey.
O’Brien focuses her law practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on breach of contracts, partnership disputes, intellectual property and securities litigation. She most recent worked as a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, a New York City law firm.
