Coaxis recently promoted Beth Allen to manager of learning services, and hired Tim Dailey as a report support specialist, David Strom as a marketing web content specialist, Gabe Authier as a cloud computing industry specialist and Aaron Poling as a financial analyst.

Allen joined the company in January after serving as a consultant for a year. She has a background in training and development that included 14 years at Intel.

Dailey has worked on a variety of software solutions while amassing more than 20 years of experience in information technology.

Strom has developed websites and managed content for a number of companies, including Oregonlive.com, Entercom radio and Dorkface Media.

Authier previously was IT director for Technocom Inc. and product manager for UGuardU, cloud-based software.

Poling previously was an inventory analyst at Xerox and an accountant at Farwest Steel.
