Eliason moves into legal counsel position

The Association of Oregon Counties has selected Michael Eliason as its legal counsel. He replaces Paul Snider, who retired from the position after 31 years with organization.

Eliason earned his law degree from Willamette University School of Law. He joined AOC shortly after passing the Oregon bar exam in 2008. He most recently served as the organization鈥檚 policy manager, and will continue to handle a legislative and policy portfolio for the organization while serving as its chief legal officer.
