Jeff Bird has earned a Certified Exit Planning Adviser credential from the Exit Planning Institute.

Bird is a shareholder in the Portland office of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, and is a core group member of the firms鈥� Business Transitions Group. He has more than 25 years of law experience in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, tender offers, securities law and venture capital transactions.

He presently serves as chairman of the board of Business for Culture and the Arts. He is a member of the board of the National Association of Corporate Directors and serves as chairman of that Portland Advisory Board of the group鈥檚 Northwest chapter.
