is completing a tenant improvement for , an affordable housing developer, at The Watershed at Hillsdale building in Southwest Portland. The four-year-old building contains 51 affordable rental housing units for seniors, as well as the administrative offices of CPAH. Improvements were made to a previously vacant 1793-square-foot space on the ground level. It now includes a kitchenette, office spaces for CPAH employees, restrooms, and a community event and neighborhood flex space. Work began in mid-April and was completed last week.
