Fox joins Markowitz, Herbold, Glade & Mehlhaf

Emily Teplin Fox recently joined the Portland law firm of Markowitz, Herbold, Glade & Mehlhaf. She will focus her practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on breach of contract, partnership disputes, securities litigation and professional malpractice. She previously served as a law clerk for Judge John R. Tunheim in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. She also clerked for Judge Diana E. Murphy of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
