MacKay & Sposito hires Irving

Jason Irving recently joined MacKay & Sposito Inc. as a construction manager in the firm鈥檚 main office in Vancouver, Wash. He is licensed in Oregon and Washington, and has eight years of engineering experience in roadway design and drainage, hydraulic reports, water distribution, cost estimating and contract administration. In his new position, he will serve as a project manager for public and private heavy civil and park projects.
