Bill Sheppard was appointed recently as vice president in charge of McKinstry鈥檚 Oregon office. He is charged with expanding the company鈥檚 role as a leader in integrated services by focusing on design, construction, energy and mobile service. He has more than 30 years of professional expertise in the high-tech industry, including 18 years at Intel. He spent the past four years as a consultant to private equity in water development and renewable energy.
