Phil Wuest, an attorney at Duggan Schlotfeldt & Welch PLLC, was recently appointed as a state director on the board of directors for the Building Industry Association of Clark County and the Building Industry Association of Washington.

He represents individuals, contractors, builders, developers, homeowners associations, and others in his land use and development practice.

He鈥檚 also active in other practice areas, such as local government law, environmental law, landlord-tenant relationships, business formation and governance and nonprofit law.
