is performing a tenant improvement on a 5,000-square-foot space at the Dow Building at聽2425 S.W. 35th Place for , a new winemaking and tasting facility. The space will feature new lighting, diamond ground concrete floors and glass roll-up doors. Four local wineries are on board to produce wine in the space, which is due to be completed in early September; a tasting room will be completed the following month. The project was designed by architect Joe Karman.
