Two Miller Nashattorneys have been elected to serve on boards for local nonprofit organizations.
Kieran Curley, who became a managing partner of the firm in January, will serve on the board of directors of Jesuit Volunteer Corps Northwest.
Curley serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Business Litigation Section of the Oregon State Bar. He is involved in the U.S. District Court off Oregon Historical Society and the Insurance Coverage Litigation Section of the American Bar Association.
Mike Ryan, a Miller Nash partner who leads the firm’s business and mergers and acquisitions practice team, has joined the board of De Paul Treatment Centers.

Ryan is involved in the American Bar Association’s Committee on Banking Law as well as the ABA’s Association of Negotiated Transactions. He splits his volunteer efforts between working
with the Cascade AIDS Project, the Portland Youth Philharmonic, the Willamette University Public Interest Law Program and the Campaign for Equal Justice.
