Ball Janik has added two attorneys to the construction litigation practice in the firm鈥檚 Portland office.

Heverly,-Amy-PR-IMG_254-5x7_web — Amy J. Heverly

Wendy J. Paris joins the firm as of counsel. She received her law degree from Northwest School of Law at Lewis & Clark College. Her 23 years of legal experience include more than 15 years spent in the insurance industry, where she served as managing attorney at Zurich North American Insurance Co. and as senior trial counsel at Fireman鈥檚 Fund Insurance.

Amy J. Heverly joins the firm as an associate. She received her law degree from Northwest School of Law at Lewis & Clark College, where she was editor-in-chief of the Lewis & Clark Law Review. She most recently served as an appellate judicial clerk for two judges in the Oregon Court of Appeals.
