Springer joins Willamette Valley Bank

Theresa Springer, a senior loan officer with nearly 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, recently joined Willamette Valley Bank – a community bank based in Salem. She work out of offices in Lake Oswego and Vancouver, Wash. She specializes in residential and commercial loans, especially for construction and remodels.
