MacKay & Sposito Inc., a design, land survey and construction management firm, recently added Jack Carlock and Phil Tennis to its construction management department.聽They will work on projects throughout the Northwest.

Carlock is a construction inspector. He has extensive experience in special inspection and materials testing for multi-disciplinary civil construction projects.

Tennis is a senior construction inspector. He has more than 35 years of experience in the hydropower, construction and electric industries in various capacities, including field construction management and inspection, energy resource planning, project licensing and operation compliance, preparation and control of capital.
