Blue Star Donuts to open in West End

General contractor Robert Cote Construction is performing a full tenant improvement on a previously vacant shell space on the ground floor of the Twelve West building in downtown Portland. The approximately 1,000-square-foot space at the corner of Southwest Washington Street and 13th Avenue is the future home of artisan doughnut shop Blue Star Donuts, owned by Little Big Burger founder Micah Camden. Work on the space began in August and is slated for completion in late October/early November.
