REACH Community Development, a nonprofit affordable housing developer, recently appointed Kathy Kniep as interim executive director. She has more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, most recently as a consultant to nonprofit organizations and as an interim executive director for organizations in transition. Prior to this assignment, she served as executive director of the YWCA of Clark County, a social services organization based in Vancouver, Wash.
