Paul DeMuro, a nationally recognized health care attorney, recently joined the health care practice group at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt. He has practiced law for more than 33 years, with extensive experience in regard to corporate transactions, accountable care organizations, clinical integration, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate organization, governance, finance, health care district law and regulatory compliance. He has significant expertise concerning Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, fraud and abuse. He previously was with Latham & Watkins LLP. He also has delivered 300 presentations on health care issues and written or co-written more than 100 published works.

Also, Nancy Erfle, a Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt shareholder, recently was named one of the nation’s top 250 women litigators by Benchmark Litigation.
