Norman Harker, engineering manager at Compass Engineering Inc., last month was elected vice president of the Washington Association of Sewer and Water Districts. The association is dedicated to assisting districts in meeting their responsibility to provide distributive water systems, including clean drinking water, reclaimed water and environmentally responsible wastewater collection and treatment. Harker served as the association鈥檚 secretary for the past year.
