Ginger Swanson, a broker with Windermere/Glenn Taylor Real Estate, recently was named Realtor of the Year by the Mid Columbia Association of Realtors. She is licensed in both Oregon and Washington, and works out of the company鈥檚 offices in Hood River; Bingen, Wash.; and Stevenson, Wash. She was selected by a committee of MCAR board officers, former recipients and current association members. The award is based on community involvement, volunteerism, high ethical standards of practice and service in the local association.
