2 Lane Powell attorneys elected to shareholder

Two attorneys in Lane Powell鈥檚 Portland office recently were elected to shareholder, effective Jan. 1, 2013.
Jeremy R. Bader represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of real estate law, with an emphasis in acquisitions, financing and development, leasing and condominium documentation.
Darin M. Sands focuses his practice on complex litigation, including commercial disputes; client counsel concerning electronic discovery policies and protocols; client representation in electronic discovery disputes; class action defense; international antitrust investigations and litigation; and internal investigations.
