is renovating a 6,000-square-foot building on the 600 block of Southwest 12th Avenue for owners Downtown Development Group. The building is being divided into three spaces -?? one will be the home of vegan/gluten-free bakery Petunia’??s Pies & Pastries, another for the Multnomah Whiskey Library bar and a third available for lease. The building’??s shell was designed by , while the bar, common area and restroom designs were handled by . Work on the project began Oct. 1 and is slated for completion in early 2013.
