Colas Construction is renovating a retail space at 712 S.W. 12th Ave. in downtown Portland for florist Flowers Tommy Luke. Work on the 1,700-square-foot site began in early October, and includes demolition of interior walls and ceilings, new lighting, floors, and finishes, and the construction of a walk-in flower cooler. The space was designed by Toni King & Associates. Work is slated for completion at the end of next week, with another occupied renovation of the storefront scheduled for early 2013.
