Powin Corp., a Tualatin original equipment manufacturer and a direct supplier for some of the nation’s best-known wholesalers and retailers, recently added two industry leaders to its management team.

Zhen Chen is chief operating officer of the corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary, Powin Energy. He has more than 12 years of experience in the international energy business as a scientist, researcher, team leader, system designer and inventor. He previously was chief engineer for Revolt Technology LLC. For Powin, he will oversee product development from concept to prototype design, testing and system validation, and for manufacturing and supply chain management.

Terry Davis is vice president of sales and marketing. He has more than 30 years of leadership experience in technology marketing and business development, including three years with Vestas-American Wind Technology. He will lead Powin’s sales and marketing efforts in OEM, direct manufacturing and renewable energy products.
