The Oregon Museum of Science and Industry?’s cafe is undergoing an extensive remodel. The 9,100-square-foot space will officially reopen as Theory Jan. 31, 2013. It will feature sustainably sourced and mostly local foods. General contractor is performing the work, which includes installation of two grill stations, a large pizza oven and a bar; a patio remodel; and new flooring, finishes and lighting.
