Farmington Meadows

LMC Construction is performing a major renovation at Farmington Meadows, a six-building, 69-unit apartment complex in Beaverton.
The full rehabilitation including new roofs, siding, windows, doors, decks, stairs, retaining walls and landscaping, as well as new flooring, cabinets, millwork and appliances inside each unit.
The project also includes a renovation of an office and manager’s residence, new asphalt and select concrete work, and trash enclosures.
Work on the Carleton Hart-designed project began last week and is slated for completion in July.
