is performing a tenant improvement on a downtown Vancouver building for structural and seismic engineering firm . Work on the 6,478-square-foot building includes new floors and finishes, retrofitting of lighting to bring it up to code, new partitions and a bathroom, as well as an employee break room and storage in the building鈥檚 basement. The work was designed by WRK Engineers, and is slated for completion near the end of this month.
