LMC Construction renovates Beaverton apartment complex

General contractor is renovating a 48-unit affordable housing complex in Beaverton. The -designed remodel of the includes all new utilities, a full exterior renovation including new insulation, sheeting, siding, and roofs, and minor interior upgrades. Work on the project began last month, and is expected to last through July.
