ARCHITECTURE
Nathanael Werner, who joined BBT Architects as an architectural intern in May 2011, recently received his license to practice architecture in Oregon after completing internship hours and passing national and state exams. As a project architect for the Bend firm, he will be responsible for leading projects from design through construction.

ARCHITECTURE
SRG Partnership recently promoted Jeff Yrazabal to principal. He has practiced architecture for 13 years, and since joining SRG in 2005 has contributed to a diverse array of projects. He presently is working on the Hillsboro baseball stadium project. Yrazabal is the current president of the American Institute of Architects鈥� Portland chapter.

ENGINEERING
Erickson Structural Consulting Engineers, headquartered in Vancouver, Wash., recently added Shyla Strain as an administrative assistant. The firm provides structural engineering design and consultation to architects, building owners, insurers, attorneys and contractors.

ENGINEERING
Foundation Engineering recently added Mark Catlin and Farid Sariosseiri to its Beaverton office. Catlin is a senior engineer with more than 25 years of experience. He will serve as an office manager and consulting engineer, and oversee business development and client services for the Portland area. Sariosseiri is a project engineer. He has more than seven years of experience in Washington and Oregon.

FINANCE
Union Bank recently named Ross Rogers regional managing director for wealth markets in the Pacific Northwest. The wealth management group provides comprehensive financial services, including wealth planning, investments, risk management, trust and estate services, brokerage and banking. Rogers will oversee teams in Portland as well as Seattle, Tacoma, Everett and Bellevue in Washington.

Folawn Alterman & Richardson LLP recently added Shannon Flowers as an associate. She focuses on civil litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, in areas including legal malpractice, business and commercial disputes, and trust and estate litigation.
She most recently worked for several years as a deputy defender in the Appellate
Division of Oregon鈥檚 Office of Public Defense Services.

Landye Bennett Blumstein LLP recently added Christine N. Moore as an associate attorney in its Portland office. She will focus on state and federal civil litigation and employment law. She is admitted to practice in Oregon, Nevada, the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court of Oregon.

NONPROFIT
Youth Villages Oregon 鈥� a private nonprofit that provides intensive in-home services, residential treatment and transitional living services to children with emotional, behavioral and mental health problems 鈥� promoted three employees recently.
Andrew Grover of Portland is now assistant director of Oregon operational services. He previously served as business development and performance improvement manager.
Mallory Smith of Clackamas is now regional supervisor of the Intercept intensive in-home services program, which serves Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties.
Bobby Martin of Portland is now placement and utilization manager. He previously served as a program manager for the Christie Campus in Lake Oswego.
