A 150,000-square-foot Walmart store will anchor Gramor Development‘s Sherwood Town Center project.
The multi-phase development will feature an array of retail and restaurant businesses when it opens on 19.82 acres at the intersection of Tualatin-Sherwood Road and Southwest Langer Farms Parkway. Along with the new Walmart, which is scheduled to open in 2014, the complex will include six smaller buildings to accommodate a bank, medical service providers, restaurants and retailers.
The entire project is valued at more than $50 million. U.S. Bank is financing the effort, and Gramor and the Langer family (a partial owner in the property) are providing private equity.
