Cresa Portland鈥檚 growing commercial real estate office recently added Cayla Wardenburg as an adviser. Cresa is the metro area鈥檚 largest corporate real estate advisory firm that represents tenants exclusively. Wardenburg provides transaction and account management services. Her responsibilities include developing new business, strategic planning, analyzing real estate markets and negotiating lease transactions. She previously spent two years as a marketing analyst at Embarcadero Advisors, a full-service commercial real estate advisory firm in San Francisco. She was responsible for property and transaction management, acquisitions, financing and development management.
