ENGINEERING
Otak Inc., an urban design, planning, architecture and engineering聽firm, recently added Megan Karner as an engineering designer. She will work out of the firm鈥檚 corporate office in Portland. Her background is in construction management, which includes reviewing specifications, contract change documents and drawings. She also has knowledge of civil, environmental, water and wastewater engineering, and solid hazardous waste design.
