Columbia Credit Union recently hired Shannon Decker as a business outreach representative. She has 27 years of commercial/community banking experience, and previously served as a relationship manager for a credit card processing company. She also held business relationship roles and worked in merchant bank card services, loan documentation and human resources for multiple financial institutions. With Columbia, she will recruit new businesses, leverage the firm鈥檚 financial products and services and make referrals to maximize membership opportunities. She also will contribute to strategic planning efforts.
