GeoEngineers recently added Michael Warfel as a principal environmental geologist in its Portland office. He will lead major environmental and geologic projects in Portland and the western U.S. Additionally, he will help manage GeoEngineers鈥� Portland environmental group. Warfel has more 30 years of environmental experience in the Pacific Northwest. He previously worked for Shannon & Wilson and Parametrix. He has performed remedial investigations/feasibility studies for public and private-sector clients, property transfers and redevelopment, stormwater infiltration, landfill remediation, transportation corridor assessments, Superfund site investigations and water quality protection.
