Marcus & Millichap names Otos director

REAL ESTATE
Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. recently named Steve Otos a director in its Portland office. He will arrange debt and equity financing for all types of commercial real estate assets, including hospitality, multifamily, retail, and office and industrial properties. Otos in his career has financed more than $140 million in hospitality projects. He previously served as a development and contract specialist for a $60 million high-rise project in San Antonio.
